The purpose of the Fox River Ecosystem Partnership, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, is to promote, preserve, protect and enhance the natural, cultural, economic and recreational resources of the Fox River and its watershed. 

  u Membership is open to all "stakeholders" in the Fox River Watershed — individuals, governments, organizations and businesses.
